Digital Product Manager – Voice & Communications Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the delivery and management of voice and communication products and services throughout their lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insight into customer and operational requirements and convert them into product specifications.

• Engage in discovery processes, conduct process analyses, perform user research, and participate in testing activities.

• Work alongside engineering teams and technology partners to establish and prioritize product backlog items.

• Oversee integrations between conversational AI and various enterprise platforms, applications, and workflows.

• Create, enhance, test, and approve user stories and requirements.

• Leverage customer feedback, operational metrics, and business data to guide prioritization and enhance results.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.

• Support the execution of the roadmap and planning for delivery.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure effective capability delivery.

• Assist in modernizing communications for customers and employees via conversational AI and related technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience in a technology development setting with Agile teams.

• Proficient in translating business requirements into product specifications and priorities.

• Background in supporting cross-functional initiatives that involve various stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with system integrations, platform implementations, or enterprise technology solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both business and technical teams.

• Ability to utilize data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making.

• Background investigation is required.

• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
