This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and articulate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
• Perform market and user research to pinpoint trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Keep track of industry developments and emerging network communication technologies to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
• Create and consistently update a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Write and refine user stories, prioritize tasks, and oversee the backlog management.
• Establish product performance metrics, track performance through analytics tools, and make data-informed decisions.
• Relay product progress and updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Efficiently manage product budgets and resources.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product.
• Collaborate with Network Connectivity Engineering and other stakeholders to pilot new capabilities and deliver products.
• For Expert level, independently implement product strategy, prioritize investments, achieve results, mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience at the Lead Consultant level or over 5 years at the Expert level in digital product management.
• Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience in product management within Network Connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Telecommunications, or related enterprise technology fields.
• Demonstrated success in delivering across multiple Agile release cycles.
• Practical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Remote Office, VPN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Network Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Server, and Storage teams.
• Capability to define product requirements, influence stakeholders, and deliver technology products based on customer, operational, or business performance metrics.
• For Expert level: at least 2 years of experience independently owning and executing product strategy across multiple release cycles.
• For Expert level: experience mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams while being recognized as a subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of cloud networking technologies and platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Network Automation, or Network Observability.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, SAFe, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, or Azure are preferred.
• Experience in large-scale, regulated enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in using customer research, market analysis, or technology trends to identify and validate product opportunities.
• Must undergo a background investigation.

• When working remotely, a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with suitable desk and seating arrangements, is required.
• Reliable internet connection is necessary, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
• Annual compensation for this role ranges from $120,000.00 to $193,725.00.
