Digital Product Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of digital technology solutions for customers, including SSO and API integrations.

• Take ownership of requirements gathering, documentation, and the communication of digital solutions.

• Work in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to grasp needs and define the project scope.

• Convert customer requirements into solutions that align with Aetna’s strategic vision.

• Discuss project risks, obstacles, progress, and delivery impacts, including during customer-facing interactions.

• Offer both business and technical guidance throughout the implementation process.

• Actively troubleshoot issues to ensure that digital needs are implemented effectively and securely.

• Identify and promote process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Highlight persistent delivery challenges and suggest enhancements to processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Utilize data and analytics to guide strategic discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital delivery.

• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from discovery to implementation, delivery, and support.

• Over 5 years of experience interacting with and presenting to customers and/or executives.

• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven skills in relationship management.

• Prior experience in agile product development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing new processes and leading change adoption initiatives that yield measurable business results.

• Established ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards shared objectives within a highly matrixed environment.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project coordination capabilities.

• Ability to balance ideal outcomes with immediate delivery objectives.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
