Digital Product Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the deployment and integration of cutting-edge digital technologies for Aetna Health Customizations.

• Provide support to plan sponsors and manage Book of Business products.

• Independently drive the complete implementation of digital technology solutions, including SSO and API integrations.

• Oversee project requirements, documentation, facilitation, collaboration, testing, release, and support activities.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Communicate updates on project progress, risks, and obstacles.

• Offer technical guidance and resolve implementation challenges.

• Ensure effective and secure integration of systems.

• Deliver digital enhancements that enhance member experiences, foster operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• More than 5 years of experience managing projects from the discovery phase through to implementation, delivery, and support.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical delivery.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven relationship management skills.

• Experience with agile product development methodologies.

• Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.

• Technical expertise in SSO, API, and content management systems.
