This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement a values-driven and data-informed distributed organizing initiative to recruit, train, and engage remote volunteers aimed at achieving voter contact and mobilization objectives in critical 2026 races and states.
β’ Conduct regular peer-to-peer campaigns, which include data requests, script and campaign creation, quality assurance, launch, debriefing, and post-campaign cleanup.
β’ Create and revise training materials, memos, templates, and toolkits for volunteer direct voter outreach through email, phone, text, Slack, and other communication platforms.
β’ Facilitate training sessions or workshops and provide coaching for volunteers before, during, or after their shifts.
β’ Gather regular data metrics and compose qualitative and quantitative progress reports regarding the impact of direct voter outreach.
β’ Recruit, train, and motivate volunteer leaders.
β’ Oversee and manage digital communities.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Report directly to the Distributed Organizing Director.
β’ Experience in administering and managing peer-to-peer texting campaigns on platforms such as Scale to Win Text, Hustle, ThruText (previously Relay), Spoke, or similar tools.
β’ Background in field or digital roles within political campaigns, training volunteers, or managing and expanding active online communities.
β’ Outstanding writing, copyediting, and proofreading abilities.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and deadlines.
β’ Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
β’ Strong teamwork skills and the ability to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
β’ Bonus: Experience in developing and managing digital volunteer teams.

β’ Bonus: Proficiency with advocacy CRM tools like NGP VAN, Mobilize, and Action Network.
