Digital Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage advertising campaigns across the ad server.

• Conduct quality control, processing, and preparation of display and video advertisements for deployment.

• Collaborate with sales marketing and site leaders to organize campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events.

• Work in partnership with external ad vendors to review and test images for various types of rich media creatives and executions.

• Address advertisement issues in real-time.

• Coordinate closely with campaign managers, sales, inventory management, marketing, and product development teams to review, resolve, and respond to incoming requests.

• Provide on-call assistance for RSN, political, and key events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Availability during game times to support live events is required.

• Previous experience trafficking in an ad server; familiarity with Google Ad Manager (formerly DFP) or Freewheel is preferred.

• Knowledge of a front-end order management system is advantageous.

• Understanding of digital media terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPMs, and eCPMs.

• Proficient in online measurement terminology, such as uniques, pageviews, visits, and referrers.

• Familiarity with live streaming events is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel formulas.

• Basic understanding of HTML and ActionScript is beneficial.

• Experience with taking screenshots, cropping, and performing basic image editing tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Residing in the New York area and available to regularly support Eastern Time business hours.
