Digital Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor advertising campaigns through the ad server.

• Conduct quality control, process, and prepare display and video advertisements for launch.

• Collaborate with sales marketing and site leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events.

• Work with external ad vendors to review and test images for various rich media creative types and executions.

• Resolve advertisement issues in real time.

• Partner with campaign managers, sales, inventory management, marketing, and product development teams to address, resolve, and respond to incoming requests.

• Provide on-call support for RSN, political, and major events.

• Manage high-profile strategic accounts and assist in the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to undergo a background investigation.

• Must possess unrestricted work authorization for employment in the United States.

• Availability during game times to support live events.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous experience trafficking in an ad server, such as Google Ad Manager (DFP) or FreeWheel.

• Familiarity with a front-end order management system is preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital media terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPMs, and eCPMs.

• Proficient in online measurement terminology, including uniques, pageviews, visits, and referrers.

• Familiarity with live streaming events.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel formulas.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript.

• Experience in taking screenshots, cropping, and performing basic image editing tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent client relationship and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Residing in the Los Angeles area and able to regularly support Pacific Time business hours.
