This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of strategies for complex enterprise accounts within Wpromote's B2B division.
• Act as a strategic ally to clients through meticulous planning, hands-on optimization, and collaborative efforts across functions.
• Supervise enterprise search projects across various campaigns, products, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to achieve measurable business results.
• Plan direct media partnerships for ongoing, seasonal, and ad hoc campaigns.
• Conduct RFP processes and assess partners based on campaign objectives, develop and evaluate plans against KPIs, and present partnership suggestions.
• Oversee daily vendor and publisher relationships, encompassing plan feedback, creative and specification requirements, tagging, and reporting.
• Relay program updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
• Drive improvements in partner measurement and work with Data Intelligence on reporting and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to performance reporting, insights generation, and cross-program knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Ad Ops on trafficking, while monitoring partnership modifications, budgets, and insertion orders (IOs).
• Coordinate creative efforts between media partners and client teams, ensuring quality assurance during launches and facilitating creative swaps.
• Introduce clients to new partners, formats, testing opportunities, incentives, added value, and credits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the B2B publisher and partner landscape.
• 3-5 years of experience in media planning for direct publisher and/or programmatic media, within an agency or in-house setting.
• Proven experience in managing vendor and publisher relationships, encompassing RFP processes, negotiations, and ongoing performance discussions.
• Background in developing, enhancing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across diverse KPIs.
• Experience in trafficking programmatic or direct media.
• Familiarity with collaborating with analytics teams on detailed program tracking and performance dashboards.
• Experience managing substantial budgets that undergo frequent adjustments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to swiftly identify and address situations.
• Strong skills in time management and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in media planning for B2B, SaaS, or financial services brands.
• Experience managing large, intricate accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Familiarity with various B2B partner types, including trade publishers, review and comparison sites, newsletters, and sponsored content.
• Preferred candidates located in PT or CT time zones; consideration will also be given to candidates in ET.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
