Digital Marketing Specialist – PPC, SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aid in the execution of paid media and SEO initiatives focused on lead generation, e-commerce, and awareness campaigns.

• Establish standardized best practices for e-commerce paid media efforts.

• Ensure alignment of e-commerce paid media strategies with email, lifecycle, and regional marketing plans.

• Conduct cross-channel reporting for e-commerce to pinpoint optimization and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate on brainstorming and executing paid media campaigns and enhancements for e-commerce.

• Partner with paid media agencies and senior team members to extract valuable e-commerce insights.

• Assist in the development and launch of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Stackadapt.

• Support the management of paid media agencies and the initiation of campaigns.

• Contribute to PPC audits, keyword analysis, ad copy creation, ad creative planning, and audience targeting setup.

• Implement campaign updates, optimizations, A/B testing, and oversee test outcomes.

• Aid in updating campaign landing pages.

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

• Assist in quarterly SEO assessments and on-page SEO updates, including metadata, internal linking, and content enhancement.

• Contribute to content calendar development using insights from SEO.

• Monitor SEO performance, site health, trends, and any issues.

• Generate and maintain PPC/paid media and SEO reports.

• Update dashboards in Google Analytics and Tableau.

• Track campaign performance and identify insights or irregularities.

• Ensure precise campaign tracking, including UTMs and tagging.

• Support project timelines and fulfill assigned tasks punctually.

• Collaborate with lifecycle, regional, national, international, and product marketing teams.

• Prepare materials and notes for both agency and internal meetings.

• Keep organized documentation for campaigns and reporting.

• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and platform updates.

• Enhance knowledge in PPC, SEO, and e-commerce strategies, applying feedback from senior team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience or internship in digital marketing.

• Fundamental understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media.

• Experience with e-commerce strategies and optimizations.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

• Exposure to Google Ads and Meta.

• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

• Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.

• Experience with design tools like Adobe Express or Canva.

• Proven track record in optimizing and implementing e-commerce campaigns.

• Interest in K–12 or education marketing.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to established processes.

• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in performance data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Collaborative and proactive work approach.

• Must reside and work within the United States.

• Reliable cable or fiber-optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work.

• Must actively engage in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with the camera on.

• Use of note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or selection processes is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
