Digital Marketing Specialist – Multi-Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Adjust campaign budgets and targeting strategies based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate with writers and designers to develop ad copy and create visual assets.

• Analyze which copy and design elements are driving conversions.

• Create and distribute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

• Experiment with email subject lines and timing to enhance open and click rates.

• Utilize ChatGPT or comparable tools to generate ad variations and expedite execution.

• Regularly extract performance data to inform subsequent campaign adjustments.

• Work in conjunction with design, content, and project management teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, with actual ownership of outcomes.

• Practical experience with paid advertising in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative modifications and asset preparation.

• Genuine experience in executing email or SMS campaigns with Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

• Fluency in written English.

• Dependable internet connectivity.

• Strong punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Capability to identify underperforming campaigns or issues proactively.

• Ability to operate independently without requiring follow-up.
