📋 Description

• Take ownership of the LinkedIn strategy and execution, which includes posting, engagement, and fostering organic audience growth.

• Enhance post visibility by coordinating comments, engagement, and cross-promotion across team networks.

• Monitor and report on campaign and content performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in content creation and copywriting tailored for a professional, white-collar audience.

• Manage additional social media channels such as Instagram as the brand presence expands.

• Facilitate basic updates to website content and oversee the website and social media ecosystem for gaps or opportunities.

• Utilize marketing, social media, and analytics tools to assess performance and guide strategy.

• Maintain proactive communication by sharing work in progress, flagging potential blockers early, and providing regular status updates.

• Collaborate closely with the broader team throughout the entire marketing funnel.

• Demonstrated experience in marketing across content, distribution, engagement, and analytics.

• Solid understanding of LinkedIn distribution mechanics, including content amplification, engagement, and organic audience growth.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret marketing performance data and derive actionable insights.

• Exceptional English writing skills appropriate for a corporate and professional audience.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools while preserving original thought and judgment.

• Self-assured, proactive communicator.

• Experience in B2B, legal, technology, or professional services is preferred.

• Willingness to learn new marketing platforms, systems, and tools.
