Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze customer calls and information to pinpoint tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and subsequent steps.

• Convert project discussions into clear, actionable tasks and arrange them within Airtable.

• Collaborate with various team members to ensure timely task completion.

• Monitor project progress, identify obstacles, and proactively address issues.

• Assess information and deliverables from different teams to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.

• Keep stakeholders informed about project status and relay significant updates to Loryn.

• Assist in the execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives.

• Oversee and maintain workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.

• Develop and enhance GoHighLevel workflows based on business and marketing needs.

• Aid in email marketing campaigns and associated workflows.

• Manage CRM data, ensuring that information is organized and precise.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to boost productivity, organize data, and assist in marketing and project coordination tasks.

• Collaborate with team members across marketing, operations, and other departments to keep projects advancing.

• Identify areas for process improvement, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance project coordination efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and workflows.

• Practical experience with GoHighLevel CRM.

• Experience in creating and managing GoHighLevel workflow automations.

• Familiarity with email marketing, preferably using Mailchimp.

• Experience with Airtable for managing tasks and projects.

• Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4).

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace / Google Suite.

• Experience utilizing Claude and ChatGPT as productivity tools.

• Background in coordinating or managing teams and collaborating across multiple functions.

• Strong capability to review information and deliverables from other team members, identifying any missing or incorrect details.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Resourceful and proactive in solving problems or navigating new processes and tools.

• Must reside in Latam.

• Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare industry.

• Nice to have: Background in healthcare marketing or healthcare-related customer workflows.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with additional marketing automation and CRM platforms.

• Nice to have: Experience in creating more complex marketing and operational automations.
