Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, oversee, and enhance paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.

• Track and refine CPC, CPL, cost per registration, CPA, first-time depositor cost, conversion rate, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.

• Detect underperforming campaigns and reallocate funds towards more effective audiences, creative assets, geographic areas, and channels.

• Plan, create, and implement email marketing campaigns at various stages of the customer lifecycle.

• Manage audience segmentation, subject lines, email content, templates, calls to action, scheduling, deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.

• Monitor email delivery rates, open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates, deposit conversions, and generated revenue.

• Create structured WhatsApp messaging journeys utilizing approved WhatsApp Business platforms and CRM automation tools.

• Assist in designing and managing automated marketing workflows triggered by registration, KYC completion, deposits, trades, inactivity, and withdrawals.

• Transform marketing goals into organized campaigns and take ownership of the entire process from planning to execution and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Significant experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.

• Strong background in email marketing, SMS, or messaging campaigns.

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels.

• Experience in audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.

• Proven track record of working with campaign KPIs and budgets.

• Capability to handle multiple campaigns at once.

• Willingness to work hours that align with the Malta time zone.

• Experience in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial services, crypto, payments, iGaming, or other high-volume digital acquisition sectors is a significant plus.
