Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate robust, lasting relationships with designated clients

• Act as the main contact point, gaining insights into clients’ business objectives and challenges

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and create data-driven digital marketing strategies

• Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards

• Manage and enhance ongoing SEO, PPC, website, and content campaigns

• Report on campaign performance through detailed reports and presentations

• Identify trends and refine marketing strategies accordingly

• Upsell to existing clients and engage in efforts to acquire new clients

• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

• Propose effective solutions tailored to clients' needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a client service or account management capacity, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency

• Minimum C1-level (advanced) proficiency in English

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Demonstrated success in building and managing effective client relationships

• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX, and email marketing

• Familiarity with project management software

• Availability to provide at least 7 hours of overlap during the 9 am–5 pm EST workday, Monday–Friday
