Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with designated clients, acting as the main point of contact.

• Comprehend clients' business objectives and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and create data-driven digital marketing strategies.

• Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets company standards.

• Manage and enhance ongoing SEO, PPC, website, content, and various digital marketing campaigns.

• Communicate campaign performance through comprehensive reports and presentations.

• Identify trends and refine strategies accordingly.

• Upsell to current clients and engage in acquiring new clients.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending effective solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or account management capacity, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

• At least C1-level (advanced) proficiency in English.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing effective client relationships.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX, and email marketing.

• Proficiency with project management tools.

• Availability to provide a minimum of 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST work schedule, Monday through Friday.
