This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and oversee the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub as the main marketing platform for the company.
• Ensure the accuracy of contacts, companies, lists, campaigns, and marketing data.
• Create and manage email campaigns, automated workflows, landing pages, forms, and lead-nurturing sequences.
• Develop lead-generation campaigns that effectively support the sales team.
• Monitor leads from initial marketing interaction through to sales opportunities.
• Construct HubSpot dashboards and reports to evaluate leads, engagement, conversions, pipeline, and marketing ROI.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance how the sales team utilizes HubSpot.
• Oversee the company website and facilitate ongoing updates and improvements.
• Keep project images, capabilities, industries served, certifications, and company information up to date.
• Create landing pages for specific campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Manage SEO and website optimization to enhance organic search visibility.
• Analyze website traffic, lead sources, conversions, and overall performance.
• Research, implement, and manage AI-driven marketing tools.
• Utilize AI for content creation, campaign development, market research, lead generation, presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Develop consistent AI-assisted marketing workflows that enhance marketing and sales efficiency.
• Identify new AI tools that could optimize lead generation, content creation, and sales effectiveness.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, specifically on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Create and sustain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Generate content that showcases completed projects, capabilities, employees, company milestones, and industry expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather photos, videos, project details, and other marketing content.
• Produce graphics, videos, presentations, and various digital marketing assets.
• Monitor social media performance and pinpoint content that fosters significant engagement.
• Develop professional sales enablement materials that assist sales staff in presenting the company's capabilities and securing business.
• Create and update sales decks, capability presentations, industry-specific presentations, case studies, project sheets, digital brochures, qualification packages, email templates, proposal graphics, customer presentations, and videos.
• Maintain an organized repository of current and approved marketing and sales materials.
• Collaborate directly with sales personnel to develop customized materials for key prospects and opportunities.
• Provide remote marketing support for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and industry gatherings.
• Create pre-event email, social media, and digital campaigns aimed at generating interest and scheduling meetings.
• Develop booth graphics, presentations, collateral, QR codes, landing pages, and other materials for on-site teams.
• Coordinate event marketing requirements with employees and external vendors.
• Ensure event leads are systematically organized and tracked within HubSpot.
• Create post-event email and lead-nurturing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain consistent company branding across presentations, proposals, social media, website content, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, agencies, photographers, printers, and other external vendors as necessary.
• Monitor marketing performance and continually identify opportunities to enhance lead generation and ROI.
• Undertake additional marketing, content, sales enablement, and business development support tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, professional services, or another B2B sector.
• Proficient knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience in developing email campaigns, automations, landing pages, forms, and lead-nurturing workflows.
• Experience in managing websites, SEO, and digital marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of AI marketing tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to identify and adopt AI technologies that enhance marketing and sales productivity.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
• Experience in creating professional sales presentations, proposals, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Excellent writing, editing, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales teams with lead generation and sales enablement.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, conversion tracking, and ROI measurement.
• Preferred experience in providing marketing support for trade shows, conferences, or business events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Comfortable working closely with sales personnel and senior leadership.
