Digital Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the social media platforms owned by The Earthshot Prize, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Keep the live content calendar up to date.

• Create channel-specific social media copy that aligns with Earthshot's brand voice.

• Design graphic assets utilizing pre-prepared Figma templates.

• Enhance video materials by clipping, cropping, and adding subtitles using Premiere Pro.

• Review rushes, assets, and longer-form edits while suggesting channel-optimized formats and rollouts.

• Organize and publish posts following the approval workflow.

• Provide live social media coverage during events, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Track performance metrics and generate analytics reports.

• Engage with the community using a warm and authentic tone.

• Identify and flag real-time issues, relevant discussions, and trending opportunities that align with the brand.

• Collaborate with communications, digital, press teams, external agencies, and talent representatives.

• Use discretion and sound judgment when managing sensitive or reputation-impacting content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms, preferably for a brand, campaign, or NGO.

• Experience in handling high-profile campaigns and/or live events, including real-time social media publishing.

• Strong copywriting capabilities with the flexibility to adjust tone across various channels.

• Comfortable exercising discretion while working with prominent figures or sensitive materials.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

• Confident in adhering to a live content calendar and managing tight deadlines, especially during busy periods.

• Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar scheduling and analytics tools.

• Basic video editing and subtitling skills using Premiere Pro.

• Basic asset production knowledge using Figma within templates.
