This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the creation and enhancement of comprehensive digital supporter journeys across various touchpoints.
β’ Design and implement data-driven campaigns focused on retention, upselling, and reactivation.
β’ Formulate audience segmentation strategies and tailored communications utilizing behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
β’ Collaborate with fundraising teams to execute digital campaigns aimed at increasing donations, regular giving, and long-term supporter value.
β’ Evaluate performance through a test-and-learn methodology and provide data-informed recommendations and reports.
β’ Develop communications for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
β’ Oversee the relationship with the email service provider.
β’ Work in partnership with fundraising, services, digital, communications, and central teams.
β’ Ensure adherence to GDPR, fundraising regulations, and organizational policies.
β’ Mentor, coach, and foster the development of team members.
β’ Proven track record in executing successful email marketing, lifecycle, retention, or automation marketing programs.
β’ Extensive experience utilizing supporter or audience data to create segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies.
β’ Demonstrated success in achieving measurable enhancements in engagement, revenue, retention, or supporter value.
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Proficient copywriting abilities for crafting communications that inspire audiences to engage, donate, or take action.
β’ Knowledge of data management best practices, GDPR, and compliance obligations.
β’ Experience in developing testing frameworks, including A/B testing, audience experimentation, and optimization programs.
β’ Background in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Experience in managing external suppliers, agencies, or technology partners.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
β’ A passion for creating outstanding supporter experiences.
β’ Must be located in the UK.
β’ Visa sponsorship is not available.
β’ Basic level DBS vetting is required.
