This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess key targets and opportunities to facilitate technology-driven adoptions.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create training plans for both new and existing adoptions.

• Formulate strategies to retain business and enhance existing accounts.

• Partner with product development, marketing, and market development teams to encourage innovation and inform digital initiatives.

• Establish partnerships with both 2- and 4-year educational institutions.

• Promote digital courseware growth at the course, departmental, and institutional levels.

• Engage with instructors to advocate for digital solutions and articulate their value.

• Foster renewable revenue and usage expansion.

• Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations both in-person and remotely.

• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline utilizing SFDC.

• Provide consistent reporting and account/adoption intelligence; update opportunities in SFDC.

• Identify “Land & Expand” accounts and track key performance indicators.

• Conduct in-person training sessions and support customers in utilizing Wiley’s digital offerings.

• Analyze territory data to develop comprehensive territory and business plans.

• Assist with LMS/LTI implementations in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Strong sales mindset, along with organizational, planning, presentation, and leadership skills.

• High motivation to sell and implement digital solutions.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent listening skills.

• Capacity to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.

• Ability to maintain energy and drive in the face of challenges or setbacks.

• Proficiency in establishing expectations, coaching, and collaborating with both external and internal customers.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

• Familiarity with SFDC is essential.

• Expertise in integration for various LMS / LTI implementations.

• Sales experience with a background in higher education is highly preferred, although not mandatory.
