Digital Insurance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Facilitate project planning meetings with both the internal team and the client's personnel.

• Assist in developing solution proposals for client engagements, proposals, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Involve in the proposal and PoC processes, which include design, submission, and evaluation.

• Aid in drafting contracts and managing communication with clients.

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for current clients.

• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to workflows.

• Ensure projects are completed within set deadlines.

• Conduct regular/weekly project reviews and generate reports featuring key metrics regarding team and project status using standardized company metrics.

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Identify and address issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Continuously refine and enhance processes and the overall approach as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is advantageous.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles is crucial.

• Technical expertise is a plus.

• Experience in managing projects through their entire lifecycle.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Eager and enthusiastic to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• Must reside in Canada.
