Digital Insurance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the execution of both new and ongoing projects within CoverGo's operations.

• Engage with and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Facilitate project planning sessions with the internal team and the client's personnel.

• Assist in developing solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and proof of concepts (PoCs).

• Take part in the proposal and PoC processes, which include design, submission, and review.

• Help in the preparation of contracts and related communications with clients.

• Identify and assist in securing growth opportunities for current clients.

• Monitor project progress and adjust work as needed.

• Ensure that projects adhere to deadlines.

• Conduct regular/weekly project reviews and generate reports with key metrics regarding team and project status using company-standard metrics.

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Identify and address issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Continuously seek to optimize and enhance processes and the overall approach as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.

• Extensive client-facing experience is required.

• Technical skills are advantageous.

• Experience managing projects throughout their entire life cycle.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of resourcefulness.

• Proven track record of completing projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Eager and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Must reside in Canada.
