Digital Health Solutions Executive – Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at fostering growth within designated healthcare accounts.

• Recognize, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Digital Health Solutions portfolio.

• Oversee the formulation, presentation, and negotiation of client proposals and contracts.

• Comprehend customer priorities, strategic goals, and performance metrics.

• Function as a trusted advisor by offering insights on healthcare trends, digital transformation, and opportunities for operational improvements.

• Act as the internal representative for customers throughout Abbott.

• Maintain a robust understanding of digital health technologies, healthcare IT systems, and workflow integration.

• Grasp the evolving digital health landscape and how technology adds value for healthcare providers.

• Promote and market consulting services and digital health engagements to public hospitals, private health systems, and laboratory networks.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and regional leadership teams to identify opportunities, formulate account strategies, and achieve sustainable business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local market language.

• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, business development, or solution selling.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Experience in selling professional services, consulting projects, or healthcare technology solutions.

• Solid knowledge of digital health, healthcare IT, diagnostics, laboratory informatics, or SaaS solutions.

• Familiarity with hospital IT environments and healthcare workflows.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

• Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material handling equipment.
