This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +34 more states.
• Develop and execute digital fundraising initiatives for nonprofit clients.
• Foster client relationships through email, phone communications, weekly check-ins, and strategic meetings.
• Act as the primary project manager, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Manage the specifics of email campaign launches utilizing Luminate, EveryAction, or client CRMs.
• Evaluate outcomes of email, web, advertising, and social media campaigns, identifying key performance insights.
• Compose email, social media, and website content for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement initiatives.
• Review or produce client agendas, notes, calendars, and data reports.
• Lead the development of strategy documents, including campaign plans and wrap-up reports.
• Assign tasks and review deliverables from junior staff, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Monitor work hours and contribute to the efficient operation of the team.
• Engage in phone interviews, written skills assessments, video interviews, and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital fundraising, including at least one year of managing a small-dollar email fundraising program.
• Background in supporting the professional growth of junior staff or interns.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings that identify project objectives and ensure successful results.
• Proficiency in using Excel for numerical analysis and translating online fundraising metrics into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with eCRMs.
• Knowledge of best practices in digital email writing.
• Strong commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build trust through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity.
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines for various projects.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills and technologies.
