Digital Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy, design, and enhancement of all digital interactions for Tiny Health’s health and wellness brand.

• Manage the comprehensive digital user experience across websites, mobile applications, and member portals.

• Enhance operational efficiency for web and app platforms.

• Champion accessible, inclusive, and user-centered UX/UI design.

• Supervise CMS and digital reputation interfaces to ensure trust, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Detect errors, edge cases, and overlooked details prior to production.

• Ensure site uptime and conduct monitoring activities.

• Reduce and swiftly address critical incidents, including site outages, failed transactions, and tracking issues.

• Monitor KPIs utilizing Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

• Examine user behavior and conduct CRO A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

• Guarantee that digital pathways adhere to health data privacy regulations such as HIPAA, PIPEDA, or local equivalents.

• Lead the transition of poweredbytiny.com and TH.com from Webflow to a code-based framework.

• Safeguard page speed, tracking/attribution, and organic SEO/GEO traffic throughout the migration and brand overhaul.

• Collaborate with marketing, IT, clinical operations, and product teams on features, content updates, and online scheduling tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or digital experience management.

• Preferably, direct ownership of a site migration or replatforming project.

• Direct responsibility for uptime, monitoring, and incident management on a live website.

• Proven history of designing and launching CRO/experimentation initiatives based on clear hypotheses and statistically valid results.

• Strong technical knowledge to assess developers’ work and identify issues before launch, without the need to code.

• Advanced understanding of web analytics and testing tools such as GA4.

• Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution systems.

• Experience overseeing external development teams, contractors, or agencies to manage scope, budget, and timelines.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment.

• Preferred: experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) health/wellness companies.

• Preferred: experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack.

• Preferred: self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with uncertainty.

• Preferred: experience in DTC/e-commerce or consumer health and wellness.

• Preferred: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to scope and quality assure developer work.

• Preferred: proficient in Slack.
