Digital Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the account team in meeting client requirements and ensuring a satisfactory client experience.

• Aid in the creation of client-facing reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.

• Engage in client meetings and calls, and help document the discussions.

• Monitor client satisfaction levels and alert the account lead to any issues or opportunities.

• Oversee the execution of digital projects across various teams, including creative, data, technology, media delivery, organic social, SEO, marketing science, and direct mail.

• Keep track of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with Pod Managers.

• Ensure project documentation and status updates are kept accurate.

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of email, digital media, conversion rate optimization, and texting initiatives.

• Extract and compile performance data from platforms and internal reporting tools.

• Help identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within program performance.

• Contribute to the development of strategy documents, budget trackers, and projection models.

• Analyze reports and provide insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or a related area; internships may be counted.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social) is preferred.

• A willingness to learn in a dynamic, client-service environment.
