This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, which includes Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access controls.
• Ensure the platform's stability, scalability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Manage governance, access controls, compliance needs, and operational standards for the platform.
• Lead upgrades, feature adoption, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance awareness of Nexthink's capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
• Create proactive and reactive automations for endpoint, application, and user experience challenges.
• Develop self-healing features for device health, application performance, configuration drift, compliance gaps, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 experience issues.
• Construct reusable automation frameworks and set engineering standards.
• Identify opportunities to minimize manual support efforts and enhance operational efficiency through automation.
• Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, Microsoft 365, Splunk, and other endpoint management, monitoring, and ITSM solutions.
• Utilize APIs, web services, and automation platforms to orchestrate workflows and automate data exchanges.
• Work with engineering, operations, and platform teams to operationalize DEX insights and remediation workflows.
• Ensure that integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Create dashboards, investigations, and reporting solutions for device health, application performance, collaboration experience, network quality, and employee sentiment.
• Use Nexthink Query Language (NQL) and platform analytics to uncover trends, root causes, and automation possibilities.
• Provide operational and executive-level reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of the DEX program and its business value.
• Translate telemetry and user experience data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and manage Nexthink Campaigns to collect employee feedback, gauge sentiment, and promote digital adoption.
• Support organizational change initiatives through targeted communication and guided remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to enhance employee technology experiences and the adoption of enterprise tools.
• Identify recurring issues, high-volume incidents, and experience gaps that are suitable for automation or remediation.
• Partner with End User Computing, Infrastructure, Security, Service Management, and Engineering teams to enhance digital employee experiences.
• Contribute to the organization's DEX strategy, roadmap, and maturity initiatives.
• Stay updated on Nexthink capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, along with 10 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform.
• More than 10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments.
• Experience in implementing and scaling Nexthink in large enterprise setups supporting over 10,000 endpoints.
• Proficient in Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations and Dashboards, Campaigns and Alerts, Application Experience and Software Metering, and Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
• Advanced skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell (required).
• Familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting (preferred).
• Experience in designing and developing automated remediation and self-healing solutions.
• Proven experience in building integrations using APIs, web services, and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, Jamf, etc.), Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and endpoint security and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and transforming insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• US Citizenship is required.
