Digital Coordinator – BIM Coordinator, Customer Engineer Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of Digital Twins for clients through live deployment initiatives.

• Process and verify building systems data utilizing knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Collaborate with 3D building models, such as Revit or Navisworks, to comprehend layouts and facilitate the creation of Digital Twins.

• Analyze extensive datasets with tools like Excel to pinpoint issues and ensure the accuracy of data.

• Work collaboratively across departments to establish and maintain system integrations.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Provide daily updates to the Team Leader regarding progress, challenges, risks, and obstacles.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance product functionalities and the development roadmap.

• Aid in successful deployments, coordinate cross-functional efforts, oversee deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program management.

• Ideally, experience in a SaaS or technology-driven services environment.

• Background in MEP engineering related to mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing, particularly in control and monitoring within the built environment.

• Familiarity with HVAC controls, Building Management Systems, lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, access control, and security technologies.

• Highly regarded 3D modeling/BIM experience, with exposure to Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.

• Comfortable using or interested in learning AI tools such as Claude.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.

• Strong data analysis abilities with large, diverse datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
