Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle PPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the solution design process for Oracle PPM, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and performs optimally.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to convert requirements into future-state designs.

• Collaborate with senior team members to implement Oracle Cloud Projects.

• Work alongside clients to create future-state business processes and functional solutions.

• Manage or execute configuration, testing, training, and provide end-user support.

• Advise technical teams on conversions, integrations, and the design and testing of Oracle AI solutions.

• Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams for comprehensive design collaboration.

• Establish standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.

• Develop enduring client relationships and oversee consulting projects.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle PPM, emphasizing Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Practical experience in designing solutions across various PPM processes and modules.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and clients.

• A desire to learn, grow, and make contributions in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is a plus.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution is a plus.

• Background in the healthcare or higher education sectors is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or internal project teams.
