This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create deliverables for monthly multi-state social listening and opposition monitoring cycles and/or weekly project reports, adhering to specified templates, formatting, citation, permalinked sourcing, and monitoring requirements.
β’ Moderate and engage with Facebook comments on designated project pages, draft responses approved by clients, and manage comment filtering through moderation platforms like NapoleonCat.
β’ Build, launch, and/or optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, StackAdapt, and streaming platforms focused on lead generation, brand awareness, geofencing, and search.
β’ Refine ad copy, ensure disclaimers and compliance are met, and analyze cost-per-lead along with campaign performance using a transparent methodology.
β’ Create monthly organic content calendars, drafting copy that aligns with client-specific SEO, tone, and messaging standards, and route content through approval tools such as HeyOrca.
β’ Evaluate performance dashboards such as Looker Studio.
β’ Assist with letter-of-support and advocacy campaigns, including managing Speak4 landing pages, RSVP and event promotion, and tracking letters of support.
β’ Handle project-specific tasks independently in a fast-paced, multi-client environment while meeting tight deadlines.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or public affairs.
β’ Practical experience in building and reporting on paid campaigns for Meta and Google, including targeting strategies, disclaimers, and cost-per-lead analysis.
β’ Demonstrated capability in conducting social listening and opposition monitoring, along with the ability to produce clear, structured reports consistently under recurring deadlines.
β’ Outstanding writing and editing skills, with a strong adherence to precise, client-specific formatting and sourcing guidelines.
β’ Capacity to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote setting, with effective project-management practices.
β’ Must be a US-based independent contractor legally eligible to work in the United States.
β’ Preferred: Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors, or with politically sensitive, regulated public affairs.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of community engagement and organized opposition dynamics in rural areas.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with moderation tools such as NapoleonCat, media monitoring tools like Agility PR, Looker Studio, Speak4, monday.com, and HeyOrca.
β’ Preferred: Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude.
