This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of comprehensive campaign development, which includes drip automation, forms, landing pages, and email assets across various campaign types.
• Create and oversee remarketing campaigns aimed at re-engaging leads that have not converted.
• Implement multi-channel campaigns for incentive programs, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
• Design emails using HubSpot's email builder, code templates, refine subject lines and preview text, while ensuring proper rendering across different devices and email clients.
• Develop and maintain landing pages in HubSpot Content Hub, utilizing the Sprocket theme and HTML/CSS.
• Conduct structured A/B and multivariate testing on creative elements, copy, target audiences, and landing pages, converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with carrier offerings, promotions, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Graphic Designers from the campaign briefing stage through to execution, launch, and reporting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in building and managing campaign assets, including forms, landing pages, and emails.
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot is required, particularly with Marketing Hub, Workflows, and email campaigns.
• Strong skills in HTML/CSS for constructing emails and landing pages.
• Experience in creating landing pages within HubSpot Content Hub or a comparable CMS.
• Familiarity with executing A/B testing programs and documenting outcomes.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign analytics and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns at once while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills for briefing creative teams and reporting outcomes.
• Preferred qualifications include experience marketing to insurance agents, financial services professionals, or within another regulated industry.
• Preferred: background in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace/platform businesses.
• Preferred: experience in environments focused on high-volume lead acquisition.
• Preferred: exposure to marketing for incentive or loyalty programs.
• Preferred: HubSpot Marketing Hub certification.
