This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Develop dashboards, insights, and experiments aimed at enhancing site conversion rates, customer loyalty, and overall user experience.

• Analyze customer pain points and suggest opportunities for site optimization through comprehensive analyses.

• Ensure stakeholders receive relevant KPIs, dashboards, and insights to facilitate informed business decisions and strategic planning.

• Track KPIs and market trends to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.

• Highlight trends and opportunities during regular business reviews or through ad-hoc insight presentations.

• Collaborate with technology teams to propose, design, and analyze A/B tests.

• Assess the financial and customer experience impacts of new site features and optimization projects.

• Establish, maintain, and oversee data-collection processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Utilize Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Similarweb, offline data, and SQL.

• A minimum of 3 years of web analytics experience in an eCommerce environment.

• Proven track record in delivering insights, developing data products and reports, and executing experimentation.

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing a web analytics tool, preferably Adobe Analytics.

• Familiarity with web analytics tracking methodologies.

• Experience in defining measurement plans.

• Intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Understanding of relational data systems.

• Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
