Digital Affiliate Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with current digital affiliate partners.

• Act as the main contact for inquiries related to available markets, offers, campaign priorities, and performance expectations.

• Discover, recruit, assess, and onboard new affiliate partners.

• Organize partner launches, market expansions, and modifications to available offers.

• Ensure that partners adhere to sales, marketing, compliance, and customer experience standards.

• Manage the performance of the Digital Affiliate channel in relation to subscriber acquisition, conversion, cost, and quality objectives.

• Track partner performance and enhance volume, conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and channel effectiveness.

• Create partner scorecards and carry out regular performance assessments.

• Implement corrective measures for partners or campaigns that are underperforming.

• Suggest modifications to partner composition, campaign focus, offers, and acquisition strategies.

• Coordinate digital affiliate campaigns across various markets and product offerings.

• Assist with landing pages, email campaigns, in-app promotions, digital advertising, and other acquisition programs driven by affiliates.

• Test messaging, offers, creative elements, calls-to-action, and conversion funnels; lead A/B testing and optimization efforts.

• Manage affiliate integrations, tracking, lead delivery, and enrollment workflows.

• Support API-based and other system integrations with affiliate partners.

• Diagnose tracking issues, data discrepancies, failed integrations, attribution challenges, and reporting problems.

• Ensure accurate tracking of affiliate performance, source attribution, campaign IDs, and partner data.

• Identify opportunities for automation and enhance data exchange processes.

• Monitor Digital Affiliate KPIs such as subscriber acquisition, lead and enrollment volume, conversion rates, CAC, partner productivity, customer quality and retention, market performance, and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams for precise channel reporting.

• Transform channel performance insights into actionable recommendations and next steps.

• Provide updates regarding results, risks, opportunities, and anticipated future performance.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, Analytics, technical, and engineering teams.

• Assist in the development of new affiliate programs, partner models, and acquisition strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital affiliate marketing, performance marketing, channel partnerships, customer acquisition, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing affiliate or digital acquisition partners.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital customer acquisition funnels and performance metrics.

• Experience managing campaigns with respect to CAC, conversion, volume, revenue, or customer quality targets.

• Strong commercial and relationship management abilities.

• Proficient in leveraging data to identify issues, assess performance, and provide recommendations.

• Preferred experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Partnerize, or similar platforms.

• Technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, affiliate tracking, attribution, and data flows is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams to implement or resolve partner integrations, tracking issues, data discrepancies, or API-based lead and enrollment processes is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Product, and technical teams.

• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and digital reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
