This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of mid-tier clients through the processes of onboarding, executing campaigns, optimizing results, and managing renewals.
• Act as the main point of contact for the accounts you manage.
• Facilitate client check-ins, provide project updates, and engage in performance discussions.
• Track account health, pacing, and emerging performance trends.
• Produce reports and performance summaries along with actionable recommendations.
• Handle renewals, identify opportunities for expansion, and assist in proposal development and pricing discussions.
• Keep accurate revenue forecasts updated.
• Organize campaign tasks, timelines, deliverables, assets, requirements, and creative contributions.
• Aid in the implementation of campaigns, onboarding processes, mid-flight adjustments, optimizations, and renewals.
• Manage updates to targeting, creative swaps, and modifications to landing pages.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, content, and paid media teams.
• Perform quality assurance on creative assets, ad copy, URLs, tracking tags, and platform configurations.
• Keep campaign data, client requests, timelines, and milestones organized in internal systems.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, project management, or client services.
• Experience in an agency or digital services setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of essential digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display, content, and creative workflows.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Excellent communication skills for both client interactions and internal coordination.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and task management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret basic campaign performance metrics and effectively communicate insights.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and project management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
