Digital Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns at once.

• Collect necessary assets and requirements for the creation and modification of campaigns.

• Aid in the execution, onboarding, and renewal processes of digital marketing initiatives across various channels.

• Work collaboratively with sales, creative, content, and digital advertising teams.

• Assist in the development of digital assets, advertising copy, and paid media campaigns that align with client goals.

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain consistent communication to manage all aspects of digital campaigns effectively.

• Perform quality assurance checks on campaign materials and assets.

• Enter and organize campaign data within the CRM for internal team use.

• Ensure that all information is readily accessible for smooth campaign setup and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• An analytical mindset with the skill to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp is a plus.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or client-facing roles.
