πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with the leadership of Product Accessibility to expedite the development of accessible AI-driven products and services.

β€’ Work alongside AI/ML Platform teams, product managers, designers, and developers throughout the entire AI development lifecycle.

β€’ Construct AI-driven accessibility tools, which include prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, automated testing systems, and remediation tools.

β€’ Design and architect prompt systems that incorporate accessibility best practices for AI code generation.

β€’ Create and manage datasets that include both accessible and inaccessible components.

β€’ Fine-tune models to enhance the detection and remediation of accessibility issues.

β€’ Act as a subject matter expert on WCAG and ARIA standards.

β€’ Provide education and training to product teams regarding AI accessibility tools and the results generated by AI.

β€’ Conduct AI-powered accessibility reviews and continuously improve detection accuracy.

β€’ Develop accessible AI features, such as AI-driven closed captioning and real-time accessibility remediation.

β€’ Publish internal insights on innovations in AI and accessibility, promoting adoption across product organizations.

β€’ Offer ad hoc assistance to engineers and product teams facing challenges related to AI accessibility.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in AI/ML.

β€’ Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and ARIA.

β€’ Proven experience in creating accessible AI systems and AI-driven accessibility tools.

β€’ Capability to design prompt systems for AI code generation across frameworks such as React, LWC, and native mobile.

β€’ Experience in creating and managing training datasets along with annotation guidelines.

β€’ Proficiency in fine-tuning models to enhance accessibility detection and remediation.

β€’ Familiarity with automated testing systems, evaluation frameworks, and remediation tools.

β€’ Ability to analyze false positives and false negatives to enhance detection accuracy.

β€’ A strong passion for accessibility.

β€’ Must reside in one of the designated posting locations: San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington; or Bellevue, Washington.
