This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Provide support and validation for product installation after the sale.
• Conduct training sessions on applications and operations to enhance adoption and minimize time-to-value.
• Oversee customer onboarding processes for point-of-care diagnostics, Zoetis DX/Virtual Lab, and reference lab solutions.
• Assist in structured onboarding experiences, which may include a 100-day follow-up period where applicable.
• Recognize, document, and resolve workflow challenges.
• Create and implement workflow enhancements to improve customer experience and optimize utilization rates.
• Address onsite technical support inquiries and manage escalations for intricate system issues.
• Utilize territory and time-management tools such as FASTDx to maximize account coverage.
• Promote the use of consumables and diagnostic services through consultative training and value-driven recommendations.
• Generate and direct qualified leads for point-of-care analyzers and reference lab prospects.
• Customize messaging to align with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with field partners to enhance customer retention, support corporate initiatives, and engage in quarterly projects.
• Partner with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for additional analyzers and new customer prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.
• Basic understanding of animal diseases is preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinical workflows.
• Possess an analytical mindset and exhibit strong critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the work week within the designated territory.
• Strong knowledge of the Puerto Rico animal health market.
• Regular travel to various locations within Puerto Rico; out-of-state travel may be required for initial training and sales/training meetings.
• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday.
• Capability to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Quick learning ability and proactive adoption of new practices.
• Expertise in veterinary terminology and sciences.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment.
• Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Capacity to multitask and work autonomously.
• An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• A degree from a Veterinary Technology Program is preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician status is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical environment is required.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance are necessary.
• Authorization to work in the US for Zoetis is required.
