This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Deliver onsite assistance to veterinary clinics, laboratory research facilities, and veterinary educational institutions.
• Aid in the implementation, training, operation, application support, and troubleshooting for veterinary diagnostics products.
• Enhance diagnostic workflows and boost the usage of diagnostic products.
• Cultivate relationships with designated clinics to enhance product utilization, adoption, and implementation timelines.
• Identify, assess, track, and analyze clinic challenges.
• Facilitate, develop, design, and execute clinic workflow processes.
• Address onsite technical support inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
• Provide both formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training.
• Conduct post-sale product installation and validation, along with applications and operational training.
• Complete daily activity logs and detailed reports of customer visits.
• Collaborate with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to enhance customer service.
• Recognize and communicate opportunities for additional analyzers and referrals from current clients.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.
• Understanding of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinical processes.
• Analytical mindset with proven critical thinking abilities.
• Availability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the workweek.
• Flexibility to accommodate customer visit requests.
• Typically works standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
• An Associate's degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is accepted.
• Capability to safely lift and move 60 lbs.
• Proficiency in veterinary terminology and science.
• Competent in delivering presentations.
• Ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Proven organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
