This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer technical guidance for projects and engage in the technical advancement of technologies, processes, and team members.
• Actively participate with an emphasis on Developer Experience, SDLC best practices, and agile infrastructure.
• Allocate roughly 85% of your time to the practical enhancement and optimization of the platform, dedicating 15% to brainstorming, rapid testing, and executing new solutions.
• Execute solutions that prioritize quality, performance, simplicity, and an enhanced experience for internal users.
• Design, test, deploy, and oversee solutions.
• Maintain and refine existing code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming.
• Mentor, document, and train users and partner squads on the tools and solutions created.
• Explore, test, and recommend new technologies and practices, including AI.
• Contribute to platforms, automations, and established pathways that expedite the work of the Grupo Boticário technology teams.
• Proven, hands-on experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Practical understanding of Terraform.
• Expertise in AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong familiarity with ArgoCD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Knowledge of New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Capability to develop scripts and automations using Shell Script, Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Previous experience or active pursuit of training and continuous development in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
• Clear, open, and collaborative communication skills for working in distributed/remote teams.
• Ability to actively listen and readily accept and apply constructive feedback.
