DevOps Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out the Build and Implement phases of Landing Zones on Google Cloud Platform while adhering to compliance standards.

• Utilize Terraform to establish infrastructure based on defined project architecture designs.

• Create, sustain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated deployments and infrastructure oversight.

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines utilizing Terraform.

• Implement governance and compliance through Policy as Code when necessary.

• Assist in the automation of cloud foundation environments and platform development spaces.

• Prepare, package, and promote code and artifacts across various environments during the delivery process.

• Work collaboratively with global teams to ensure secure and effective production deployments.

• Facilitate the use of synthetic data and controlled code promotion processes in segregated development environments.

• Engage in the automation and execution of performance and security tests within delivery pipelines.

• Ensure the reliability, traceability, and repeatability of deployment and infrastructure provisioning processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps and the automation of continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Background in constructing and maintaining automation pipelines.

• Understanding of Continuous Delivery principles.

• Experience in code versioning and infrastructure automation techniques.

• Knowledge of automated testing methodologies.

• Awareness of performance testing concepts.

• Insight into security testing practices.

• Experience in CloudOps and managing cloud infrastructure.

• Comprehension of best practices for governance, security, and compliance within cloud environments.

• Plus: experience with projects that require FedRAMP High and IL4 compliance.

• Plus: familiarity with Sentinel Policy as Code.

• Plus: background in highly regulated environments or working with restricted access to sensitive information.

• Plus: experience in promoting artifacts between segregated environments.

• Plus: knowledge of cloud architectures related to data platforms, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

• Plus: experience automating extensive corporate environments.

• Plus: involvement in technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
