This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Revamp outdated CI/CD pipelines and Git-based delivery workflows, including tasks within the program's existing Jenkins environment.
• Enhance pipeline quality checks and scanning processes, including Fortify scan procedures, as part of the release and change control process.
• Diagnose pipeline and deployment issues alongside development teams and document modifications to the pipeline.
• Organize release activities and prepare necessary release documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and enhance software release and change-management practices.
• Coordinate delivery efforts across development teams and assist in resolving issues that hinder the completion of releases.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; master's degree with 4+ years; or associate degree with 8+ years.
• Practical experience in building, maintaining, or modernizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in coordinating software releases and managing delivery efforts across development teams.
• Familiarity with pipeline quality checks, technical troubleshooting, and release documentation.
• Must be able to successfully complete the background investigation required for a Public Trust position and receive a favorable suitability determination.
• Experience in applying change-management practices to software releases.
• Background in coaching teams on agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting federal programs or working in the mortgage or related industries.
• Previous experience with federal background investigations or clearance processes.
• Full-Time, W2 employment.
• 100% remote work (U.S.-based).
• 40 hours/week with availability during core business hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET.
