DevOps Engineer – Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transition of workloads from AWS to Azure utilizing an AKS-first approach.

• Create and execute Infrastructure as Code solutions for Azure environments.

• Migrate, enhance, and standardize CI/CD pipelines.

• Transform legacy infrastructure into cloud-native Azure designs.

• Develop downtime and rollback strategies to reduce migration interruptions.

• Enhance cloud environments for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to modernize deployment processes.

• Record migration patterns and develop reusable templates for the wider team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of specialized experience in DevOps and Cloud engineering.

• Strong practical knowledge of Azure, including AKS, networking, IAM, and monitoring.

• Strong practical knowledge of AWS, including EC2, EKS, IAM, and networking.

• Proven track record with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform is preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Demonstrated experience in executing real-world, large-scale cloud migrations.

• Experience with multi-cloud strategies and infrastructure consolidation.

• In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of cloud cost optimization tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance requirements.

• Exposure to contemporary platform engineering concepts.
