DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, and manage reusable YAML pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Automate the processes of builds, testing, deployments, artifact promotion, hotfixes, and rollbacks.

• Oversee CI/CD for Flutter applications on both Android and iOS platforms, including signing and versioning tasks.

• Facilitate automation for distribution and publishing via Firebase, Google Play, and Shorebird.

• Support pipeline operations for both modern and legacy .NET applications as well as Windows Services.

• Automate deployment procedures to Windows/IIS, which includes Application Pool management, backups, and recovery tasks.

• Integrate Azure Pipelines, Boards, and Repos through REST APIs, ensuring validation of pull requests and work items.

• Implement approval processes, quality gates, notifications, and traceability from initial requirements to final delivery.

• Assist teams in enhancing automated testing and delivery quality.

• Securely handle certificates, tokens, credentials, variables, and protected files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level with Azure DevOps: focusing on Pipelines, Repos, and Boards.

• Strong expertise in YAML pipelines, PowerShell, Git, and REST API integrations.

• Proven experience with CI/CD for .NET, supporting environments such as Windows, IIS, and Windows Services.

• Familiarity with automated testing, managing artifacts, rollbacks, and environment management tasks.

• Experience with Flutter, and managing pipelines for Android and iOS.

• Knowledge of the processes involved in signing and publishing APK, AAB, and IPA packages.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex failures across Windows, Linux, and macOS agents.

• Hands-on approach, independence, exceptional organizational skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
