This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop Jenkins pipelines for automating functional and web service processes to facilitate continuous delivery.
• Utilize Ansible and Ansible Tower for effective configuration management, automation, deployment, and change management.
• Provide support for Windows 2012/2016 and Red Hat Linux Enterprise 7 environments, leveraging VMware/vSphere Client for cloning, snapshot management, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Platform Team to develop and onboard pipeline applications and systems.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities while ensuring hosts are patched.
• Coordinate software updates and validate functionality through Ansible.
• Establish operational viability standards and produce automated Ansible playbooks and PHP scripts.
• Implement and sustain Ansible configuration management across OpenStack cloud environments.
• Oversee multiple nodes and inventories utilizing Ansible Tower.
• Configure RALLY workflows, customizations, plugins, and Jenkins integrations with RALLY/GitHub.
• Create Chocolatey packages and PowerShell solutions for Windows environments.
• Engage in application requirements analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Organize Scrum code-drop meetings alongside developers.
• Enhance the planning, execution, and reporting of the testing lifecycle.
• Design test data utilizing SQL queries and database schema joins.
• Create test cases for enterprise web services, including XML, SOAP, and RESTful services using SoapUI.
• Conduct benchmark, load, stress, and endurance testing for web applications.
• Utilize ALM, Jira, Splunk, and Grafana for defect tracking and monitoring purposes.
• Collaborate with global consultants and technologists to deliver managed enterprise application services, cloud hosting, and consulting for PeopleSoft, Workday, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science and three to five years of progressive, documented experience as a business-system analyst, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of progressive, documented experience integrating business processes with PeopleSoft technology.
• Substantial experience and comprehensive understanding of PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with Benefits initiatives such as the Affordable Care Act and/or State Mandated Leave Programs is advantageous.
• Involvement in full lifecycle ERP implementations or upgrades is preferred.
• Experience in the staffing industry and/or an advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficient in using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
• Thorough understanding of standard business processes.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft applications (Human Resources Focused).
• Proficient in PeopleSoft Query, SQL, and TOAD.
• Skilled in Business Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Candidates for this position in the United States must possess work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship for a visa for employment purposes.
