DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to gain insights into their applications

• Convert customer applications into contemporary cloud infrastructure utilizing the DuploCloud platform

• Containerize applications that are operating on virtual machines

• Establish centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

• Assist clients in navigating compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST

• Provide support to clients during security and InfoSec audits

• Manage customer onboarding roadmaps

• Diagnose issues related to container deployments

• Lead customers through their infrastructure configuration

• Aid clients in their infrastructure transformation and structured onboarding processes

• Engage in a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday support

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or DevOps

• 2-3 years of experience in creating Docker images across various stacks, including Python, Node.js, Java, or PHP

• Proficient knowledge of public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Solid understanding of container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and ECS

• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security concepts including IAM, security groups, GuardDuty, penetration testing, WAF, Security Hub, intrusion detection, CVE, and vulnerability scanning

• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitLab workflows, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins is advantageous

• Enthusiasm for assisting clients with infrastructure transformation through a 2-3 month DuploCloud onboarding process

• Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting directly with clients

• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering weekends and holidays, shared among the team
