DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure software delivery is repeatable, traceable, and secure.

• Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and automate configuration for cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

• Establish practices for observability, capacity management, availability, backup, recovery, and incident response.

• Take the lead in diagnosing complex issues related to platforms, pipelines, performance, and integrations.

• Integrate security scanning, secrets management, access controls, and compliance documentation into delivery processes.

• Collaborate with software, cloud, security, QA, and program teams to convert delivery requirements into sustainable platform capabilities.

• Create, automate, secure, and manage dependable delivery platforms that support company initiatives and client environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• A minimum of seven years in DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability, cloud engineering, or a closely related field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, cloud services, source control, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Capability to design secure and resilient automation while conveying technical trade-offs to engineering and program stakeholders.

• Employment is contingent upon successful background screening.

• Some positions may require the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust determination or security clearance.

• Preferred: experience in supporting federal, defense, regulated, or high-availability environments.

• Preferred: relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, or security.

• Preferred: experience with software supply-chain security, policy as code, and automation of compliance evidence.
