DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage infrastructure based on AWS

• Create, maintain, and enhance robust CI/CD pipelines

• Develop automation and tools to boost the productivity of the engineering team

• Monitor and enhance performance, availability, and security of the environment

• Promote continuous advancements in cloud security, deployment processes, and system scalability

• Assist in managing, designing, and scaling the infrastructure that supports Batmaid and PFA

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams utilizing AI-assisted development tools where beneficial

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical DevOps experience

• Experience in commercial settings with Kubernetes, preferably EKS

• Strong background with AWS or another leading cloud provider, with a keen interest in mastering AWS

• Demonstrated experience in CI/CD automation, particularly with GitHub Actions or similar tools

• Expertise in observability with the ELK Stack or comparable tracing and logging solutions

• A mindset focused on cloud security and compliance, emphasizing secure architecture

• Proficient in reading, comprehending, and debugging existing application code and configurations

• Capable of deconstructing complex technical problems and delivering straightforward, clean, maintainable solutions

• Prior experience as a Software Developer in a commercial environment is a plus

• Familiarity with TeamCity, Helm, and/or Terragrunt is advantageous

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus is beneficial

• Experience with RabbitMQ or AWS SQS/SNS is a plus

• Familiarity with Fastlane for automating iOS/Android mobile applications is a plus

• Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python is a plus

• Proficient in English (B2 or higher)
