This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of MCP servers, agentic infrastructure, and AI observability features for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Review, update, and test dependencies in GitHub Actions.
• Transform legacy CI/CD processes into well-documented, reusable workflow templates.
• Write and enhance Terraform modules for Artifactory repositories, RBAC policies, lifecycle rules, and cloud infrastructure.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve support tickets related to GitHub, Artifactory, and CI/CD, while adhering to team Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assess and integrate Generative AI tools to streamline engineering workflows.
• Develop practical backend services utilizing GenAI and agent frameworks.
• Assist in implementing compliance tagging, Secret Push Protection, and security measures for the AI era.
• Produce README files, developer starter repositories, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Engage in daily standups and engineering design discussions.
• Convey technical challenges, share updates, and collaborate effectively with distributed remote teams.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Python or other contemporary programming/scripting languages such as Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Practical experience with GitHub and executing command-line Git workflows, including pull, push, commit, checkout, branch, merge, and pull requests.
• Fundamental understanding of networking principles, including HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and request/response flows.
• Methodical technical troubleshooting abilities, including interpreting error logs and debugging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset when assisting internal developer colleagues.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and independently research and resolve technical issues prior to escalation.
• Passion for exploring modern technologies and AI.
• Preferred: familiarity with AWS/Azure, networking, Docker, container registries, or AWS services such as S3, EC2, and Lambda.
• Preferred: understanding of CI/CD concepts, YAML configuration files, GitHub Actions, or ARC runner scaling.
• Preferred: conceptual knowledge or practical experience with Terraform.
• Preferred: engagement or strong interest in Generative AI tools, LLM APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Cursor, Augment, or Claude.
• Preferred: knowledge of package managers such as npm, PyPI, Maven, or NuGet, or JFrog Artifactory.
• Preferred: exposure to software supply chain security, secret push protection, dependency scanning, or AI security measures.
• Preferred: experience with ticketing systems, customer support, peer tutoring, or IT helpdesk positions.
