DevOps Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop essential software features, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to the company's performance and quality benchmarks.

• Maintain and update the Grants Funding and Early Access systems to ensure compliance.

• Conduct business analysis to gather requirements and other needs.

• Convert business requirements into detailed specifications.

• Execute daily troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for the system.

• Implement system updates as required.

• Create and uphold comprehensive system documentation.

• Design and establish best practices, guidelines, and processes for technology.

• Become proficient as a SmartSimple Cloud Configuration Specialist.

• Ensure the availability and performance of solutions and environments.

• Manage and address tickets in the Service Management tool related to the Grants Funding and Early Access applications.

• Analyze, plan, execute, customize, enhance, and provide support for the Grants Funding and Early Access systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.

• Experience in crafting prompts for Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related discipline (completed or in progress).

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a developer (or in a similar role), ideally in global organizations or providing services in comparable settings.

• Experience with cloud solutions, including development, configuration, and basic architecture.

• Background in the development, support, and maintenance of intricate systems.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps is a plus) and ITIL (change and incident management) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools.

• Familiarity with Service Now or equivalent tools.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, positive, and self-sufficient attitude is essential.
