This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the upkeep of cloud infrastructure and ensure services function according to established standards.
• Oversee, operate, and help resolve minor issues in CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
• Support developers with their project deliveries.
• Act as the initial point of incident response utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic, adhering to runbooks and documentation.
• Aid in maintaining and improving scripts and self-service solutions for Development teams.
• Engage in the development of new automation processes in collaboration with Specialists.
• Provide assistance with basic security and infrastructure setups under the guidance of Specialists.
• Revise manuals, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in infrastructure, advanced system support, DevOps, or software development.
• Understanding of Linux environments, basic commands, navigation, and initial troubleshooting.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
• Basic hands-on experience with essential AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM, or another public cloud.
• Proficiency in Git, including commits, branches, and pull requests.
• Comprehension of container architecture and introductory experience with Docker.
• Capability to read and modify scripts in Bash or Python.
• Desirable skills: Terraform, AWS certifications, Kubernetes, and familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
