This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Design and configure enhancements for the SharePoint Online proof of value.
β’ Develop components, extensions, and services utilizing the SharePoint Framework.
β’ Create modern, contextual experiences for buildings, tenants, projects, leases, or documents.
β’ Construct metadata-driven views, forms, status indicators, accountability information, and validation details.
β’ Develop controlled upload and publishing experiences.
β’ Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance business processes.
β’ Implement, extend, or maintain approved Telerik-based components.
β’ Diagnose compatibility, rendering, accessibility, performance, dependency, deployment, and upgrade issues related to Telerik components.
β’ Configure, integrate, or assist with Colligo experiences for managed libraries and metadata.
β’ Utilize Microsoft Graph and SharePoint APIs following architectural standards.
β’ Support customized Copilot experiences.
β’ Collaborate with the Microsoft Fabric team to validate libraries, metadata, versions, and ingestion dependencies.
β’ Apply best practices in accessibility, responsive design, telemetry, error handling, and performance.
β’ Develop support for unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
β’ Maintain source code, packages, configurations, deployment and rollback procedures, dependencies, and documentation.
β’ Participate in code and architecture reviews, demonstrations, defect triage, and assessments for production readiness.
β’ Collaborate with architects, data engineers, AI professionals, business analysts, and governance owners.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience in developing solutions for SharePoint Online.
β’ Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, and contemporary web development practices.
β’ Solid understanding of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs, authentication, identity, and permissions.
β’ Familiarity with libraries, lists, pages, content types, metadata, versioning, search, and modern SharePoint experiences.
β’ Proven experience in integrating SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate.
β’ Proficient in React or other modern frameworks relevant to SharePoint component development.
β’ Knowledgeable in source control, code review, testing, packaging, deployment, and upgrade processes.
β’ Experience in integrating, extending, or supporting third-party components within Microsoft 365 environments.
β’ Understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, security, performance, telemetry, and error handling.
β’ Capability to make informed decisions between configuration, low-code solutions, commercial components, and custom development.
β’ Ability to produce technical documentation, deployment instructions, rollback procedures, and support materials.
β’ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills in corporate and technical contexts.
β’ Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
β’ Preferred: experience with Telerik components, Colligo, Microsoft Fabric, upload assistants, publishing workflows, or contextual navigation.
β’ Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, SharePoint, or solution development are advantageous.
